This is a T-700 Endoskull in a custom display base with light-up eyes. Constructed of some sort of plaster and coated in a non-glare rough finish with areas of metalized finish beneath, this is the hero Endoskull we can see in the factory assembly scene during the escape from Skynet facilities.

Wires for electronics are present for eye illumination. Very strong magnets in upper and lower jaw attach to the skull.

It can be easily screen-matched thanks to the weathring and scratches in front and left side of the skull.
