This item is a head dress worn in the 2001 Brendan Fraser action film 'The Mummy Returns'. Items such as this can be seen worn by spectators (possibly, courtiers of the Pharaoh) of the spectacular battle between Princess Nefertiri (Rachel Weisz) and Anck Su Namun (Patricia Velasquez.)

The headband of the head dress is made of sturdy foam with a leather backing and has been painted black and gold. Additionally, there is a black string at the back which allows the headband to be adjusted easily as well as numerous gold metal accents across the front for an added design. Attached to the headband is a large piece of material made of faux leather which is colored black on the inside and features black and gold horizontal stripes on the outside. The head dress has a small interior label that reads: “Gurbax Singh”.

This item measures approximately 8” x 15” (20cm x 38cm) and is in good condition. Head display stand not included.
