The base appears to be made of wood and has a red button and a decorative record attached at the top. The toy is stuffed and has plastic and metal framing on the inside. On the feet there is an on/off switch and two plates for 4 AA batteries (not included). This item does not appear to function. This item measures approximately 8 by 8 by 14.5 inches. It has some wear from the production and storage but is otherwise in good condition.
