A light-up air lock door console used in the production of the Ridley Scott sci-fi adventure Prometheus (2012). This style of console can be seen throughout the film, attached to the inner edge of the multiple door frames. This prop display is made of resin painted a light matte grey, featuring a fully illuminated etched display panel made of acrylic. Once lit, this gives a very futuristic 'on board' appearance to this piece with white and yellow coloured sections. The back of the panel shows black painted paper with masking tape also painted black to all four edges. To illuminate this prop a 'PP3 9V' battery is required (not supplied). This console is in very good production used condition and measures 25.5cm x 15.5cm x 3.5cm (10” x 6” x 1.37”) and is an excellent opportunity to own a piece of the astounding ship itself.
