Used and new inhalers were seen near the beginning of the film when John emptied his pockets before watching old films of his wife and child, and later in the film when Danny Whitwer (Colin Farrel) snooped through John’s apartment.

Made from white coloured resin, the top section features a "non used" blue plastic 'bubble' and the front displays a coloured plastic mouth piece. The piece displays scuffs and minor wear from production use but remains in overall very good condition.
