This is a Sebastian Caine (Kevin Bacon) mask made for the 2000 Paul Verhoeven’s invisible-man thriller Hollow Man. An experiment goes horribly awry and scientist Caine (Bacon) becomes permanently invisible. In order to be seen by his colleagues, they pour latex over his face to make a visible mask. This mask is made of foam latex and resembles melting plastic, as it does in the movie.

This mask measures approximately 15" x 7" (38cm x 18cm); includes a production-used wood stand and besides some cracks and tears (natural on this type of material and its age) it's in overall good condition.
